Jeremy Wilson and Marshall Kibler founded Wilson Kibler, Inc. in 1987 out of a small two-room office they shared with a secretary in downtown Columbia, SC. The two became colleagues and friends while working together for the region's oldest and largest commercial real estate firm. They founded Wilson Kibler with the belief that a real estate company that worked hard to serve and create value for its clients would prosper. Wilson Kibler built its reputation on the founders' principles of integrity, diligence, and service; all while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit that remains ingrained in the culture of the company today.
In 2001, after years of steady growth, Wilson Kibler combined our well-earned reputation, strong local business relationships, and market knowledge with the national firm Grubb & Ellis. In 2012 the company became a part of international firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as their South Carolina affiliate. In 2018, after 17 years, Wilson Kibler decided it could better serve its clients by returning to its roots as a privately held independent firm.
Today, Wilson Kibler is known as one of the premier full-service commercial real estate companies in the Palmetto State with offices in Columbia (est. 1987) and Greenville (est. 2011).
