Originally constructed in the 1890's, these two historic cotton mills have been redeveloped into spacious one, two, three and four bedroom apartment homes.
Apartments feature granite countertops, ceramic tile in baths and kitchens, high ceilings, oversized windows and most have open second story lofts. While both buildings offer easily accessible laundry rooms, the Olympia building has the added feature of a washer/dryer in each apartment. The mills also share a pool and recreation area which boasts tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts.
